Refined Sites for Confluence is compatible with Atlassian Isolated Cloud deployments. This page covers what's supported and what's not available in Isolated Cloud environments.

### **What's supported **

All core Refined Sites for Confluence features — navigation, landing pages, theming, permissions, social features. 


### **Not available on Isolated Cloud **

The following features are not currently supported in IC environments:

- Analytics (Refined and Google Analytics) and ability to set a cookie banner
- Audit Log
- Custom Domains, refined.site url
- Logos in browser tab and bookmarks
- AI features
- JSM integration (Isolated Cloud is Confluence only)
- Export of sites, themes
- Events, feedback and promoted search results
- Hiding of log-in button and specific prompt to ensure users on shared devices log out
- Public sites and IP allowlisting


### **Why these limitations exist** 

Atlassian Isolated Cloud is a single-tenant, restricted-egress environment. Some Refined features rely on services that are not accessible within Isolated Clouds's data boundary constraints.

Other limitations reflect the requirements of our initial Isolated Cloud deployment. Many of these features exist in our Commercial Cloud offering and we expect to make them available for Isolated Cloud customers over time as customers requirements expand.
