Please use this template if you choose Trial alignment. With this option, the Refined Macro Toolkit trial license will be extended so it functions as a full license until the end date of your current paid Refined Toolkit license. At renewal, you will continue with Refined Macro Toolkit only.

Dear Atlassian Support Team,

We are planning to migrate from the deprecated **Refined Toolkit for Confluence** to its replacement apps:

- [ ] Refined Macro Toolkit
- [ ] Refined UI Toolkit for Confluence

Our license for the deprecated app is still active. Because Atlassian does not allow both the deprecated app and the replacement app to be installed on the same instance at the same time, we **require Atlassian's assistance to unsubscribe** our instance from **Refined Toolkit for Confluence** so that we can uninstall it, and proceed with the upgrade.

Once the deprecated app has been uninstalled, we will install **Refined Macro Toolkit** by starting a standard Marketplace trial. As soon as Refined receives the new Entitlement Number for that trial, Refined will approve a trial extension matching the remaining duration of the license for the deprecated app.

### Proposed Migration Plan

1. **License Deactivation**

- Refined confirms in this ticket that a trial license extension for the replacement app will be approved as soon as the deprecated app has been uninstalled.
- Atlassian Support unsubscribes the instance from Refined Toolkit for Confluence during the agreed time slot.
- Atlassian Support confirms completion in this ticket.

2. **App Replacement**

- Customer uninstalls Refined Toolkit for Confluence.
- Customer installs:

3. **License Alignment**

- Customer confirms successful installation in this ticket.
- Refined provides license extension approval for Refined Macro Toolkit.
- Atlassian Support applies the trial license extension for the replacement app.
